Is there a free trial? Do I need a card?
Starter and Business start with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start. Outside Zambia, pay by card on the Billing page before the trial ends. In Zambia, your first invoice is ready straight away and is due when the trial ends.

No. Anyone your admin adds on People forwards receipts from their own email, sends photos on WhatsApp from a verified number, or scans your QR code poster and picks their name on the upload page. They never sign in. SlipInbox never writes back to email senders, and each WhatsApp photo gets one reply once read.

An admin adds the person's WhatsApp number on People. The person opens the verification link, or scans the QR code, and presses send in WhatsApp. From then on, each photo or PDF they send to SlipInbox's WhatsApp number becomes a receipt from them, and they get a reply with the merchant, date and total. WhatsApp comes with the Business and Enterprise plans.

An admin turns on the QR code in Settings › Integrations › QR code and prints the poster. Anyone who scans the code with a phone camera opens your upload page in the browser, with no account and no app. They choose their name from your People list, take a photo or pick up to 10 photos and PDFs of 10 MB each, and press Send. The receipts arrive in your list from the chosen person. Every plan includes the QR code.

Nothing is final until a person approves the receipt. When SlipInbox has a doubt, the receipt gets the Needs review status and says what to check. Correct any field on the receipt page. SlipInbox keeps every value you change, even if the receipt is read again.

No. SlipInbox gets your receipts ready for the books: read, checked and approved. You export them as a CSV or Excel file and import the file into the accounting tool or spreadsheet you already use, or send your accountant a PDF report with the slips.
