Input and fuel receipts for farms

Managers and drivers photograph each slip and send the photo to SlipInbox on WhatsApp, or email the photo to your organization's address. Add each person on People with their WhatsApp number or email, and every receipt files under the person who sent the slip. Email forwarding and WhatsApp come with the Business and Enterprise plans.

On every plan, a QR code poster in the farm office or the workshop serves seasonal workers. They scan the code where the phone has signal, pick their name from People and send the photo.

Photos taken in a dusty yard still work best flat and in daylight. A slip SlipInbox reads poorly waits for a check with the photo attached.

SlipInbox reads every line on the slip as an item. An arrow beside the item shows the price rose or dropped since the last time you bought the item from the same supplier, so a jump in fertiliser shows on the slip where you see the spend.

Add a rule such as Item prices rose by more than 15% to flag those receipts for a second look.

Reports show spending over any period by category, merchant and contact. Press a supplier to see what the farm spent there over the season.

Every spelling of a supplier on the slips files under one merchant, branches included, so the agro dealer in town counts once.

On the Business and Enterprise plans, add a custom field such as Block or Field, describe where the value shows on the slip, and export the field as a column for costing per crop.
