Invite and manage your team
Invite people, change their role, resend an invitation or remove someone.

Invite someone
Open SettingsGeneral and find the Team section.
Press Invite. In Invite someone, fill in their Name and Email, and choose a Role. The info button beside Role shows what each role can do.

What the invited person does
They get an email called “You’ve been invited to SlipInbox”. They press Accept invitation in the email, press it once more on the page that opens, then choose a password. Their workspace opens straight away.
Someone who already has a confirmed SlipInbox account, for example in another organization, is added straight away without an email. Your organization appears in their account menu the next time they open it; see Belong to several organizations.
Change a role or remove someone
Press someone on the team list to open their details.
- To change their role, choose another Role and press Save.
- To take them off the team, press Remove, then Remove from team. They lose access straight away. Receipts they added stay.
Their email can’t be changed. To use a different address, invite the new address and remove the old one.
Rules to know
- The organization always keeps at least one admin. Make someone else admin before changing the last one.
- You can’t remove yourself. To leave, see Belong to several organizations.
